thelittleinker collects the following personal information directly from individuals:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Confirmation of being 18 years of age or older

No other personal information is collected unless voluntarily provided by the individual.

  • Responding to inquiries and scheduling consultations or appointments

  • Verifying that clients meet the legal age requirement of 18 years or older for tattoo services in British Columbia

  • Administering and improving services and communications

By submitting personal information, individuals consent to its collection, use, and disclosure for the purposes outlined in this policy. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

  • If personal information is used to make a decision that directly affects an individual (for example, acceptance or denial of an appointment), it will be retained for at least one year in compliance with PIPA.

If concerns are not resolved to the individual’s satisfaction, they may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia (OIPC) at oipc.bc.ca.
