Terms of Use

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to booking requests made with The Little Inker (Jonah Regan, tattoo artist working at Avalon Tattoo Collective, 314 6th St, New Westminster, BC V3L 3A6). By using the site you agree to them.

Booking requests

  • Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Jonah will review it and reply personally.
  • Tattooing is by appointment only. An appointment is confirmed only once Jonah confirms it with you in writing.
  • Any deposit, rescheduling or cancellation terms are explained to you directly before your appointment is confirmed.
  • Jonah may decline any request, for example if a design, placement or timeline is not a good fit.

Your appointment

  • You must be of legal age and may be asked to show valid photo ID.
  • Please share any health conditions, allergies or medications that could affect your tattoo or healing, and follow the aftercare instructions you are given.
  • Final designs are reviewed with you on the day of your appointment before any work begins.

Artwork and website content

All tattoo designs, drawings and photos on this site belong to Jonah Regan and may not be copied or reused without permission. Custom designs are created for your tattoo only. Reference images you send must be ones you have the right to share. Photos of finished work may be shared in the portfolio or on social media; let Jonah know if you prefer your tattoo not be posted.
